Amber Francis is an award-winning British chef, born and raised in the countryside, where farming and nature shaped her food philosophy. Classically trained at The Ritz London, with further experience in world-class kitchens including The French Laundry, Amber’s cooking is rooted in seasonality, technique and purpose. She is Head Chef and Senior Food Educator at Christ’s College Finchley, where she is redefining school food and championing cooking from scratch as a tool for wellbeing and education. In 2025, Amber won SquareMeal x Ayala Female Chef of the Year, the Foodservice Cateys Extra Mile Award, and was crowned Great British Menu - Champion of Champions.
