Anita has recently taken up the role of the Chair of Public Sector Catering Alliance. She was previously LACA the school food people National Chair and her main focus as Chair was the underfunding of UIFSM and FSM in England and the differences across the four nations.  The worrying issue on funding and the challenges  our service delivery faces  all our Public Sector Catering Services will be a huge focus as her 2 years in Chairs role of PSCA . 

She has been an active  member of LACA for more years then she care to remember  , including being the north east regional chair for the last 12 years and is very passionate about the services we offer our across the public sector including children and young people,the elderly and many others that take up our wonderful Public Sector Services  across the country .

Anita has over 44 years’ service with Local Authority Services starting her careereas a trainee school cook up through the ranks to her current post which   is the Service Manager of Catering including some leisure facilities , Building  Cleaning  and School Crossing Patrol at Stockton Borough Council
